
THE CHALLENGE
Pernod Ricard is a world leader in the production and marketing of wine. The habits and profile of consumers are evolving, and the company has to adapt to these changes. Exploring new channels and experiences calls for a coordinated working process which optimises internal resources and incorporates the end consumer.
THE SOLUTION
In a variety of projects, prototypes were developed and tested by both experts in the wine sector and end consumers. To give shape to, and agree on, the next steps to take for these new business concepts, creative sessions were held involving people from different departments. Lastly, personalised audiovisual materials were created to announce and implement the new services developed inside the company.
